Just spent 4 nights in a 2-Zimmer Apartment Komfort. The spacious, modern rooms, and the staff were helpful. A solid experience!

Very comfy beds, central heating, a private safe and a flat-screen TV in the room. The views over city. Particularly good and amazing location, especially for me❤

It was clean, and the people were absolutely courteous and excellent co-operating. The location of the hotel was peaceful and ideal - not very far from a huge technology museum. A main station was walk from the venue, I liked it.

Ope, just gotta mention how very nice the staff were, especially Faisal at the front desk! He were great too help us , even with directions and taxi struggles. The kitchen was handy for making meals, and we loved the cozy patio. All in all, just a really warm and inviting place, ya know?

The room was well furnished and well-appointed with very comfy beds and central heating, an individual safe and flat-screen television. Garden view was a good bonus. The staff was excellent friendly and catered to our every need.

Lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during hot weather. Plumbing issues with blocked drains added inconvenience to my stay!!! Improvements are needed in these areas!!!

We faced several issues during our three-night stay. The cleaning staff seemed negligent, leaving dirty dishes in the cupboards instead of washing them, unacceptable. The noise from the nearby nightclub made it uncomfortable, raising safety concerns in a family-friendly environment.

The loud talking from neighbors late into the night was unbearable. I almost expected an upgrade for my troubles, but no such luck. Not to mention, the car park was more like a jigsaw puzzle than a convenience. I just couldn't give a good review with all these annoyances piling up on top of each other.

Had a blast with friends. The location was super convenient, just a stroll to the main attractions. The staff went out of their way to help us, especially with tips on where to eat. Would definitely recommend checking out the nearby parks and museums for a great time.

The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast, while the automated laundry in the room added a level of convenience not often found. Free Wi-Fi was a plus, although the lack of a drying function for laundry was a minor drawback. The surrounding area had a good selection of restaurants, providing plenty of dining options to explore .

It was a short walk to the central train station, and super close to beer gardens and local eateries, everything you wanna explore is right there. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help.
